This report outlines the goals, outcomes, and long-term impact of the Core Care Pathway workshop hosted by Canada’s Pediatric Palliative Care Alliance at the RNCH Symposium in April 2025. The workshop is contributing to the development of the Core Care Pathway, adapted from Together for Short Lives, to reflect the Canadian context.
